When processing personal data, we comply with all regulations that affect the protection and processing of personal data: Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”, and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and amending and supplementing certain Acts, hereinafter referred to as the “Act”.
List of data we collect:
In the case of ticket purchases through Tootoot, we require data beyond the technical data required to process the order. The mandatory data is the first name, last name, email address and phone number.
How we use the data
Based on the data we collect, we are able to communicate with you the terms and conditions and recommendations concerning the Into the Miracles festival. As this is a logistically demanding event that takes place over a 70-kilometre route, it is essential that we have the contact details of all participating spectators.
The data you provide for the purposes of the Into the Miracles festival will not be used for other marketing purposes of the project promoter.
Data protection
We undertake to take reasonable steps to ensure that your data (including personal data) is protected from unauthorised interference by third parties. We protect your personal data in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. We do not actively transfer your personal data to third countries outside the European Union.
